I Won A Blogger Award.....thanks Fliss!

Well, my dear friend and adoptionsister, Felicity nominated me for this award and now I have to nominate 5 other people whose blogs I enjoy visiting. The purpose of my blog has been to document my journey towards becoming a mom and since the wait has gotten longer and longer, it has become somewhat of a survival tactic to give me something positive to focus on while we endure month after month. It's also a fun way to keep my friends and family updated on the slow progress we are making. Ok, now WHO do I nominate? I have no idea! hahahahahahahahaha
1. Tonja "Journey To Marissa" I love Tonja's positive attitude and just having a buddy to talk to about the adoption process since she already has one beautiful daughter from China and waiting to go get the second one. I can't believe she only lives about 45 minutes from me now that she has moved to NC and we haven't gotten together yet! We'll probably talk up a storm!!!!!
2. Regina: "Our Journey To Emma Grace SiQi" Regina is a wonderful person from the Roanoke FCC Group who got her little baby Emma after a LONG process. Her endurance has been an inspiration to me and I love visiting her blog and seeing everything that her little girl is doing.
3. Ana: "The Gigster" I loved this blog! Baby Gi is a cutie pie and Ana keeps it updated with the progress that her daughter is making. I hope I can do as good of a job when we get our daughter!
4. Dawn:"Journey To Annaliese" Beautiful blog by another talented lady who just so happens to have the same LID as me! I love reading the updates on her family!
5. Kim: "Talicee's Journey" A wonderful Roanoke FCC Friend has this GREAT site that showcases her beautiful daughter from China, Talicee AND the rest of her wonderful family. I love reading this AND am thankful to have such a supportive friend as Kim helping me get through this LONG wait!

Ok, now it's ya'll's turn to nominate 5 of your favorite blogs that have not been chosen yet. Have fun and make sure you link it back to this blog.

01/05/08 LID-iversary #21..........Who KNOWS How Many More It Will Be!

Well, yesterday was our LID-iversary. At this point, we don't even get excited anymore because they feel like they will never end. I got a ladybug lunchbox and snack cup while we were out shopping, once I realized what the date was! That's right.....I had totally forgotten!
